Executive Assistant Office Manager

We're hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager who will be the operational backbone of our headquarters and direct support to the President. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires someone who is proactive, resourceful and genuinely energized by supporting a busy executive.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Support the President with his day to day
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate internal and external meetings, including conference room setup, AV prep, catering, and materials
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the President — screening calls, managing email correspondence, and handling follow-ups with professionalism
  • Keep the office running smoothly: manage supplies, vendors, facilities requests, and day-to-day logistics
  • Greet guests and clients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression of the company
  • Handle travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries
  • Plan and execute company events, team outings, client visits
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects our brand and culture

Qualifications:


  • 3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Prior experience in fashion, apparel, wholesale, or a consumer goods company is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, energetic and organized
  • Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions, professional and trustworthy
  • Strong event planning and logistics coordination background
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
