We're hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager who will be the operational backbone of our headquarters and direct support to the President. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that requires someone who is proactive, resourceful and genuinely energized by supporting a busy executive.
Role and Responsibilities:

Support the President with his day to day

Administrative Support: Coordinate internal and external meetings, including conference room setup, AV prep, catering, and materials

Serve as the first point of contact for the President — screening calls, managing email correspondence, and handling follow-ups with professionalism

Keep the office running smoothly: manage supplies, vendors, facilities requests, and day-to-day logistics

Greet guests and clients, ensuring a warm and professional first impression of the company

Handle travel arrangements including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries

Plan and execute company events, team outings, client visits

Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming office environment that reflects our brand and culture
Qualifications:

3-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role

Prior experience in fashion, apparel, wholesale, or a consumer goods company is a plus

Strong communication skills, energetic and organized

Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions, professional and trustworthy

Strong event planning and logistics coordination background
