From concept through execution, we deliver large-scale show systems, immersive attractions, and unforgettable guest experiences for audiences around the world. We are seeking a multi-talented professional to serve as Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and HR Administrator. This pivotal role will support our leadership team, ensure smooth daily operations, and manage essential HR processes that keep our growing company and projects on track. Because our work is fast-paced and highly collaborative, we are specifically looking for someone with experience in live entertainment, attractions, and theme park production construction / systems environments.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including production-related scheduling, travel coordination, and expense management.
  • Prepare materials, decks, and documentation for client presentations and creative reviews.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, creative teams, and external partners.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations at our North Hollywood headquarters.
  • Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and production-related logistics.
  • Coordinate team meetings, creative workshops, and offsite events.
  • Support technology and facilities needs for a creative production environment.

HR Administration

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of staff and contractors, with an emphasis on entertainment production roles.
  • Maintain employee and contractor records, contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Administer benefits, time-off requests, and employee HR needs.
  • Support company culture initiatives and performance review processes.

About You

  • Required: Prior experience in live entertainment, attractions, or theme park production environments.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, HR Administrator, or in a combined role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise across creative, technical, and operational teams.
  • Proficiency with productivity and project management tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, HRIS platforms, and project trackers).
  • Discreet, professional, and highly adaptable.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
