Compensation: Hourly contract rate of ~$50/hr, +/- Depending on Experience

Location: Downtown Bozeman (Hybrid; regular in-office collaboration)

The Role

We’re hiring a contract Executive Assistant & Operations partner to work directly with our CEO and help keep the company moving forward.

This is not a manage-the-calendar type light-duty role.

Yes, you’ll manage priorities and help create focus. But you’ll also own real operational work across the business—from leading key growth initiatives to managing aspects of our global supply chain and logistics efforts.

If you like building systems, solving problems, and like the idea of holding a critical position in the middle of a growing brand, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

Support the CEO

  • Project management, prioritization, and follow-through
  • Keep key initiatives organized and moving
  • Help protect time for high-leverage work

Drive Execution Across the Business

  • Coordinate projects across marketing, sales, finance and operations
  • Track KPIs and deliverables
  • Help improve internal systems and processes for efficiency gains
  • Support sourcing, global supply chain coordination, and logistics management
  • Manage department budgets and update monthly financial reports

Support External Relationships

  • Help manage communication with PR partners and key wholesale accounts
  • Track timelines and ensure strong execution

Growth Opportunity

We’re intentionally hiring this as a contract role (20–30 hours per week), but we see real long-term upside. Ideally, this role will evolve into a full-time position with benefits as responsibilities grow.

For the right person, this role can grow into expanded operational leadership over time—including a path toward a future Chief of Staff or Head of Operations role as the company scales.

  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong communicator with good business judgment
  • Detail-oriented but able to see the bigger picture
  • Have experience leveraging AI to automate operations systems
  • Excited about helping build something meaningful

Requirements

  • Based in or near Bozeman, MT
  • Available 20–30 hours per week
  • Able to collaborate regularly in our downtown office
