Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible in assisting with administrative and operational tasks across various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general emailing, memos, and other correspondence efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed Excel reports, including flip charts, comparisons, and formulas.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and organize customer events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring proper handling of records, contracts, and important documents.
  • Assist in writing reports, processes, and project documentation.
  • Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner.
  • Follow up on tasks and emails to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an executive support or in a similar administrative role within an industry-related company.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic is a must.
  • Understanding of both local and international cultures, with experience working in the region.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
