Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, advanced computer proficiency, and outstanding organizational and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, tasks, and business communications.
- Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks, projects, and instructions given by the CEO.
- Monitor ongoing operations, workflows, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and official documentation.
- Handle coordination with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Track progress of tasks, updates, and operational requirements across departments
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and business documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure efficiency and continuity.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Exceptional follow-up, coordination, and task management skills
- Professional communication and correspondence abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate degree preferred
- Prior experience in executive support, administration, coordination, or operations
- Male candidate preferred
