Position Overview
Hooks Industries Inc. is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support the CEO and assist with daily business operations across multiple companies and projects.
This is not a traditional desk-only assistant role. This position requires occasional local travel throughout Greater Cleveland and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted operational partner capable of assisting with administrative duties, scheduling, project coordination, client communication, office support, vendor coordination, and occasional local field assignments.
This position offers significant growth opportunities as the company continues to expand across business consulting, property management, commercial real estate, vending operations, and specialty projects.
