Executive Assistant & Operations Lead | Office of the CEO

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to support Betty’s U.S. operations in New York, working closely with our Co-Founders and Chief of Staff. This role is ideal for someone who excels in executive support, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in creating structure, driving efficiency, and enabling leadership to focus on key priorities.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support (50%)

  • Proactively manage executive priorities by optimizing calendar flow, protecting deep work time, and minimizing context switching.
  • End-to-end management of complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries, flight/hotel logistics, and ground transport.
  • Attend select leadership meetings to track key follow-ups and commitments, ensuring decisions are documented and translated into actionable items for the executive team..
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute integrity and serve as a trusted confidant to the executive team.

Office & Operational Excellence (50%)

  • Draft and manage internal communications originating from the NY headquarters.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the NYC office, overseeing day-to-day logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain a premium environment.
  • Coordinate all facility needs with the landlord and manage office access systems.
  • Lead the planning and execution of events ranging from intimate executive dinners to larger professional networking gatherings.
  • Coordinate legal documentation workflows across internal stakeholders and external counsel—tracking signatures, managing deadlines, and ensuring filing requirements are met.
  • Identify gaps in current office systems and proactively implement scalable solutions to improve the daily experience for the NYC team.


Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a high-level Executive Assistant or Executive Operations role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
  • Dedicated to executive support as a long-term profession, with the ability to provide proactive, anticipatory support.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience representing leadership across Slack, email, and internal communications.
  • Expert proficiency in Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace, with a strong systems and workflow mindset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable, ensuring strong follow-through and execution.
  • Calm, professional, and adaptable under pressure in rapidly changing environments.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage competing priorities effectively.


We offer :

  • Remote work when the executive team is traveling.
  • $90,000 – $110,000 base salary.
