Executive Assistant Operations Manager

Third Coast Mortgage Group is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to join our team in a key support role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping complex processes running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our loan officers, processors, and clients to help guide loans from application through closing. This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and a solid understanding of the mortgage or real estate process.

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, or in the mortgage/real estate industry
  • We are open to training the right candidate with less than 5 years of experience
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel (experience highly preferred)
  • Working knowledge of mortgage guidelines and documentation requirements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with clients, real estate agents, and internal team members
  • Professional, personable, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist loan officers with file setup, documentation, and follow-up
  • Communicate with borrowers, agents, and internal staff to keep files moving forward
  • Track deadlines, conditions, and milestones throughout the loan process
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with guidelines
  • Provide exceptional client support and clear communication from start to finish
