About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO of a boutique luxury concierge business in Beverly Hills. This is a hands-on, in-person role supporting a fast-moving founder who operates at a strategic level and needs a strong executor to bring structure, follow-through, and precision to daily operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes — someone who takes pride in flawless execution, organization, and anticipating needs before they arise.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day execution of tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal workflows
- Draft, proofread, and organize professional documents and communications
- Build and maintain systems (SOPs, checklists, trackers)
- Support operational processes including onboarding, vendors, and logistics
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks — you are the final layer of detail and accountability

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Discreet and professional — able to handle confidential information
- Enjoys creating order, systems, and structure
Preferred Background
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role
- Experience supporting a founder, executive, or small business
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and task management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Background in luxury services, healthcare, or client-facing environments is a plus
Role Details
- Location: In-person, Century City
- Schedule: ~30 to 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $30/hour
- Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand into a larger operations role over time
