The Opportunity

We are hiring a high-level Executive Assistant / Operations Manager to work directly with the Founder as a true right hand.

This role exists because:

  • the company is growing quickly
  • there are more opportunities than time
  • and we need someone who can ensure execution across the organization

This is not a traditional assistant role.

This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position responsible for helping the Founder and team move faster, stay organized, and follow through.

  • Nothing important sits
  • Tasks and priorities move forward consistently
  • Team members feel supported and responded to
  • The Founder is no longer the bottleneck

Core Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Founder to execute priorities across multiple businesses
  • Ensure tasks, requests, and projects are followed through completely
  • Oversee and support administrative team members
  • Help manage communication, priorities, and workflow across the company
  • Maintain organization across systems, documents, and tasks
  • Support financial organization and oversight (QuickBooks experience preferred)
  • Step in wherever needed to keep operations moving

  • Google Suite
  • Slack

  • QuickBooks
  • Zapier / automation tools
  • Shopify / online systems

Work Environment

  • Fully remote

  • Minimal unnecessary meetings

Compensation

  • $80,000 – $110,000 based on capability
  • Paid time off and holidays
