Executive Assistant - Part Time

What You’ll Do

  • Heavy calendar coordinating
  • Managing and responding to CEO’s emails
  • Work with HR - posting job ads, reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants
  • Coordinate with IT for new hires/separations
  • Track work orders at personal and CGI+ properties for timely & full completion of tasks
  • Help with travel arrangements and finalize detailed itineraries
  • Source social events in LA and out of town when CEO is traveling
  • Expense reports
  • Making reservations and placing orders
  • Purchase and mail gifts as needed
  • Organizing staff events/engagements
  • Scheduling household maintenance (Liaison w/vendors and house manager)
  • Order office supplies/staff birthday and anniversary gifts
  • Investor birthday gifts
  • Be available to communicate after hours with CEO when traveling or for important meetings.
  • Providing support in any capacity as necessary

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of executive assistant experience (experience at a travel agency or with high-net-worth individuals a plus).
  • Concierge services expérience a plus.
  • Experience traveling internationally (Europe specifically) is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
