What You’ll Do
- Heavy calendar coordinating
- Managing and responding to CEO’s emails
- Work with HR - posting job ads, reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants
- Coordinate with IT for new hires/separations
- Track work orders at personal and CGI+ properties for timely & full completion of tasks
- Help with travel arrangements and finalize detailed itineraries
- Source social events in LA and out of town when CEO is traveling
- Expense reports
- Making reservations and placing orders
- Purchase and mail gifts as needed
- Organizing staff events/engagements
- Scheduling household maintenance (Liaison w/vendors and house manager)
- Order office supplies/staff birthday and anniversary gifts
- Investor birthday gifts
- Be available to communicate after hours with CEO when traveling or for important meetings.
- Providing support in any capacity as necessary
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of executive assistant experience (experience at a travel agency or with high-net-worth individuals a plus).
- Concierge services expérience a plus.
- Experience traveling internationally (Europe specifically) is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
