About the Role
Altman Insurance Agency is looking for a highly organized and dependable Part-Time Executive Assistant to help support leadership with administrative and operational tasks. This is a flexible, hybrid role where responsibilities may vary week to week depending on business needs.
The position typically requires 5 to 15 hours per week, and hours are not fixed, which makes it a great fit for a college student or someone looking for flexible work.
You will work directly with agency leadership to help keep projects organized, schedules coordinated, and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive calendars using Google Workspace or Outlook, scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
- Coordinate meetings, small events, or internal projects, including communication and logistics
- Assist with administrative work such as data entry, document organization, proofreading, and file management
- Conduct research and gather information for business projects
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
- Help track tasks, projects, and deadlines to keep operations moving forward
- Assist with CRM updates and general system organization
- Prepare simple reports or spreadsheets when needed
- Handle occasional phone or email communication in a professional manner
- Support leadership with general administrative tasks and special projects as they arise

Helpful Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems or databases
- Experience with QuickBooks or basic bookkeeping tasks
- Experience coordinating projects or events
- Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign or task management software
Requirements
- At least one year of administrative, assistant, or office experience preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks accurately
- Comfortable learning new systems and software when needed
