About The Role
GigaBrands is hiring an
Executive Assistant on behalf of a client
to support executive leadership in managing operations, communications, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a highly organized, proactive professional capable of handling confidential matters while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, anticipates needs before they arise, and can independently manage projects and executive coordination with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between the CEO and management team

Support implementation and coordination of special projects and executive initiatives

Facilitate meetings, corporate events, and executive engagements

Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and travel logistics

Manage and prioritize executive email communications

Prepare and coordinate presentations, reports, and executive communications

Drive internal and external communication coordination when required

Perform clerical and executive administrative duties

Handle confidential information with professional discretion

Execute additional assignments and tasks delegated by the CEO

Skills & Technical Requirements

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory

Portuguese language proficiency is highly preferred

Familiarity with productivity and project management tools

Experience supporting remote or virtual teams is an advantage
