Executive Assistant / Receptionist

  • She must be multitasking: reception, assistant, and admin support in one.
  • Must be presentable, confident, and client-facing (welcoming clients, handling calls, professional emails).
  • Computer skills are essential:
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
  • CRM tools knowledge is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, Monday).
  • Strong English (written & spoken). Extra languages are a bonus.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented.

Role duties:

  • Manage reception and act as the company’s face.
  • Organize meetings, calendars, and correspondence.
  • Support interior design & real estate projects with admin.
  • Keep the office running smoothly.
  • Handle some personal assistant tasks if needed.
