The Executive Assistant to the General Manager & HOA / Condominium Coordinator provides refined, high-level administrative support to the General Manager while serving as a key liaison for condominium owners and HOA operations within a luxury hospitality environment. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and organizational skill, along with a polished service mindset.

The starting rate of pay for this position is $25.00/hour. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Directly support the General Manager with calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and executive correspondence
  • Assist with special projects, reports, and confidential initiatives while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for condominium owners regarding HOA policies, procedures, and property-related needs
  • Coordinate owner communications, unit requests, inspections, and documentation
  • Work closely with property management, vendors, and internal teams to support residential operations
  • Maintain unit records, inspection logs, reports, and office documentation
  • Provide limited support related to owner and owner‑guest reservations (not a primary front desk role)
  • Uphold luxury hospitality standards in all interactions with owners, leadership, and partners

Qualifications:

  • Previous Executive Assistant, HOA, or property administration experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, residential, or condominium environments strongly preferred
