Executive Assistant (Russian speaker)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary to support CEO. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing various administrative tasks and helping to streamline operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and taking minutes.

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.

- Assist in travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, research, and project support.

- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts on behalf of the executive.

- Maintain office operations efficiently while assisting in greeting guests and ensuring a welcoming environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent written and verbal knowledge of English language, knowledge of additional language is an advantage

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
