The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer and the senior leadership team, ensuring the CEO's effectiveness and the smooth functioning of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. In addition to standard executive assistant duties, this role is instrumental in organizing large-scale leadership events, managing office operations, and facilitating internal and external communications in both Arabic and English. The incumbent must be a proactive "extra-mile" contributor, willing to support program management tasks and ensure the company adheres to governance guidelines.

Proactively manage the CEO's complex calendar, coordinating internal/external meetings, appointments, and engagements with executives and their assistants.

Lead the organization of large meetings, professional conferences, and high-impact events, managing all logistics, materials, and stakeholder coordination.

Manage the planning and execution of regular leadership meetings, quarterly business updates, and company-wide all-hands events, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.

Support the governance framework and procedural requirements for the Board of Directors and its specialized committees, as well as the General Assembly meetings. This includes coordinating meetings, preparing comprehensive agendas, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Provide administrative and operational support to the broader senior leadership team, facilitating a cohesive work environment and efficient executive workflow.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing high-level correspondence and preparing written communications in both Arabic and English.

Plan and organize the CEO's agenda, including conference calls, internal/client meetings, and preparing minutes.

Proactively assist the CEO with administrative and office management tasks, anticipating needs and ensuring efficient workflow.

Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and follow-through.

Prepare and review presentation materials, reports, and other documents for the CEO; take on "extra-mile" assignments including program management tasks and ad-hoc strategic initiatives.

Coordinate all aspects of business travel and itineraries for the management team and international visitors.

Maintain leadership memberships, including updates and renewals, and ensure all corporate resolutions are effectively documented and communicated.
Requirements
What you will bring to the role

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

Experience: 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Experience in the technology pr financial services industry is a significant plus.
