Executive Assistant to the CEO
We are a reputable investment company in Dubai looking for a capable and professional individual to manage the executive and administrative affairs of the CEO's office.
- Coordinating high level meetings and managing the CEO's executive calendar.
- Following up on legal and administrative matters of registering companies and renewing licenses in Dubai.
- Managing bank correspondence, opening corporate accounts, and following up on international transactions.
- Effectively communicating with partners and UAE government institutions.
Requirements and Skills
- Complete and professional proficiency in English (business conversation and writing are required).
- Detailed familiarity with banking processes and administrative systems in the UAE (Dubai Economic Department, Free Zones, etc.).
- Proactive, organized, and problem solving skills.
- A well groomed appearance and strong public relations to attend formal meetings.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Dubai.
