Responsibilities
- Communication with internal & external stakeholders
- Supporting reports, presentations & correspondence
- Manage calendar & schedule management
- Handle travel arrangements & logistics coordination
- Organize meeting organization & minutes taking
- Handling confidential information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2-4 years in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Office Manager)
- Background in Real Estate, E-commerce, Marketing, or TIC is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
