Executive Assistant to CEO – Fast-Growing Service Companies (Los Angeles)

About Us

We are a rapidly growing logistics and home service company based in Los Angeles. Our core business, The Junkiez Junk Removal, is expanding quickly, and we are also building out additional ventures including a delivery company (Pronto Delivery) and other service-based operations.

We operate at a fast pace and are focused on scaling—adding trucks, hiring teams, increasing revenue, and building strong systems.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO . This role is critical to keeping daily operations running smoothly and helping the business grow.

You will help manage tasks, organize priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a passive role—we need someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, and executes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily tasks, to-do lists, and priorities for the CEO
  • Organize business operations, schedules, and follow-ups
  • Handle emails, calls, and client communication when needed
  • Track expenses, invoices, and recurring business costs
  • Assist with hiring coordination and onboarding
  • Help organize marketing efforts (flyers, outreach, social media coordination)
  • Maintain CRM systems and client databases
  • Ensure team accountability (tracking tasks, follow-ups, reminders)
  • Assist with building systems and improving efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive mindset – you solve problems before they happen
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Tech-savvy (Google Docs, spreadsheets, CRMs, etc.)
  • Reliable and responsive

  • Experience with service-based businesses
  • Experience with marketing or social media
  • Experience supporting a founder or CEO
