We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO/COO with daily operations, property-related tasks, and administrative responsibilities. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while serving as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communication handling.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage property-related tasks such as tenant communication, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and basic financial oversight.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating smoothly.
- Assist with project coordination, research, and administrative tasks as required.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in executive support, property management, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Verbal communication in Gujarati would be an added advantage.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
