Position Overview

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CFO who will support finance and human resources functions. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, processes, and organizational systems while gaining exposure to real business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CFO with finance and human resources tasks
  • Assist with purchase order (PO) creation
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Support HR-related functions (onboarding, documentation, coordination)
  • Prepare financial and performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (to support communication with China branch)
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with financial reports and business data analysis

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $25/hour + performance-based bonus
  • Benefits:

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Additional Requirements

  • Must provide two professional references (email and phone number)
  • Drug screening and background check required prior to employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
