Position Overview
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the CFO who will support finance and human resources functions. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, processes, and organizational systems while gaining exposure to real business operations and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CFO with finance and human resources tasks
- Assist with purchase order (PO) creation
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Support HR-related functions (onboarding, documentation, coordination)
- Prepare financial and performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Fluent in English and Chinese (to support communication with China branch)
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Preferred:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience with financial reports and business data analysis
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $25/hour + performance-based bonus

Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
