We are seeking a highly organized and proactive CEO - Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage executive schedules, and facilitate smooth communication across all levels of the organization. This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of corporate EPC engineering services and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team.

Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and coordinate documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external partners.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables.

Support in strategic planning, research, and data analysis as required.

Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in EPC or engineering services companies.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, email management, and scheduling tools.

Knowledge of corporate procedures and administrative systems.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Experience working in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
