Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the COO’s office, requiring strong coordination, communication, and operational follow-up skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage priorities, maintain confidentiality, and drive administrative efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders interacting with the COO

Manage complex calendar scheduling, meetings, and appointments, ensuring effective time utilization

Coordinate with internal departments to track operational priorities and follow-ups

Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings and business reviews

Organize and attend meetings; prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
-
Facilitate communication between the COO and business units to ensure alignment and execution

Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and official communications on behalf of the COO

Coordinate business travel, itineraries, and accommodation arrangements
-
Support in project coordination and execution of strategic initiatives

Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems
-
Handle expense reporting, purchase requests, and reimbursements
-
Assist in organizing leadership meetings, stakeholder engagements, and corporate events
-
Ensure a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Manage ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by the COO
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
-
2–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (preferably Director level)

Strong exposure to operations, project coordination, or business support functions

Excellent command of English

Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office

Excel, PowerPoint, Word
)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
