Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly dynamic, smart, and presentable Executive Assistant to support the Director of our Event and Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with strong communication, marketing awareness, and administrative management skills. This role demands professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to represent the Director in meetings and official engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules efficiently.

Communication Management: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, emails, and business communications on behalf of the Director.

Representation: Act as the professional representative of the Director in meetings, client interactions, and company events when required.

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and official documents using MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Marketing Estimates, Sales Pitch.

Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing and event projects.

Meeting Management: Organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on key action points.

Marketing & Sales Support: Assist the Director in executing marketing strategies, tracking sales performance, and managing promotional activities.

Office Management: Handle confidential files, maintain records, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

Professional Conduct: Maintain a polished, presentable, and confident demeanor suitable for client-facing and high-level interactions.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Strong presentation and organizational skills.

Dynamic, proactive, and self-driven with attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Professional knowledge of Marketing, Branding, and Sales concepts.

Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.

Confidentiality and discretion in all business matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Marketing related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the Event Management / Marketing / Advertising industry.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with experience and industry standards and additional Pax.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
