Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and reminders
- Coordinate travel bookings & itineraries
- Organize documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle office administration, supplies & vendor management
- Maintain records and databases
- Support event and meeting logistics
Requirements:
- 4–5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant/Office Administrator
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
