Executive Assistant to Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and reminders
  • Coordinate travel bookings & itineraries
  • Organize documents, presentations, and reports
  • Handle office administration, supplies & vendor management
  • Maintain records and databases
  • Support event and meeting logistics

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant/Office Administrator
  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
  • Collaborative, growth-oriented work environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
