Executive Assistant to Founder

We're seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our founder with day-to-day operations. The bulk of this role centers on administrative work, documentation, contract organization, and personal operations — ideal for someone who's highly organized, discreet, and thrives on precision.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and organize contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Handle returns, errands, and personal administrative tasks
  • Support light social media coordination as needed

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort handling contracts, paperwork, and sensitive documentation

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with social media platforms or content coordination
  • Background in paralegal, legal admin, or contract management
  • Familiarity with the wellness, beauty, or aesthetics industry

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
