We're seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our founder with day-to-day operations. The bulk of this role centers on administrative work, documentation, contract organization, and personal operations — ideal for someone who's highly organized, discreet, and thrives on precision.
What you'll do:
- Manage and organize contracts, agreements, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate day-to-day operations, scheduling, and correspondence
- Handle returns, errands, and personal administrative tasks
- Support light social media coordination as needed
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort handling contracts, paperwork, and sensitive documentation
Bonus points for:
- Experience with social media platforms or content coordination
- Background in paralegal, legal admin, or contract management
- Familiarity with the wellness, beauty, or aesthetics industry
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
