A well-established San Angelo firm is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO. This role is designed for a professional who can anticipate needs, execute efficiently, and turn a high volume of ideas, relationships, and moving pieces into organized action. The right candidate will serve as both a trusted executive support partner and an operational driver who helps convert vision into follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Organization & Systems Management
- Reorganize and maintain digital files, photos, contracts, records, and business documents.
- Ensure seamless syncing and organization of data across platforms and devices.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other proprietary business applications.
- Help improve internal systems, workflows, and information management processes.
- Support setup and maintenance of practical tools such as Google Alerts, dashboards, shared trackers, and research files.
- Experience with CMS platforms and EOS is a plus.
Business Investment, Analytics & Account Oversight
- Build and maintain a centralized record of business investments, ownership entities, and online platforms.
- Track ownership percentages, capital contributions, investment amounts, partner allocations, and related structural changes.
- Maintain current documentation for each investment, including operating agreements, financial summaries, and supporting records.
- Help organize investment analytics and summary reporting so information is easy to access and review.
- Monitor account access, logins, and platform organization across all business entities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Help implement and maintain a password management system for secure, organized access control.
Project, Meeting & Priority Management
- Track progress on ongoing projects and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Listen closely in meetings, identify action items, and capture what needs to be done next.
- Create and manage to-do lists, action registers, meeting follow-up notes, and detailed project timelines.
- Maintain accountability and alignment with organizational priorities across multiple initiatives.
- Help organize, evaluate, and prioritize new business ideas so the most important opportunities move forward.
- Bring structure to a large network of relationships and opportunities by helping organize contacts, introductions, and follow-up.
Communication, Reporting & Relationship Support
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Serve as a professional point of contact with clients, partners, vendors, community leaders, and team members.
- Ensure clean, consistent, and timely follow-up communication.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in written and verbal correspondence.
- Understand how AI tools can support productivity as a complement to strong judgment, communication, and core business skills.

- Experience as an executive assistant, operations, administrative support, project coordination, or similar experience preferred.

CompensationCompensation depends on experience and will be competitive with the level of responsibility. A full-time or part-time flexible arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. Responses will be held in confidence.
Pay: $49,215.06 - $69,269.75 per year
