Position Overview: Moment of Change is seeking a highly adaptable, early-career Executive Assistant to serve as the primary operational assistant to our corporate leadership team. This position is strictly reserved for graduates holding a degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, Criminal Justice, or a closely related field. You must be comfortable working in an outpatient mental health office.

This role requires a highly trustworthy, extreme go-getter with relentless hustle and local travel flexibility. It serves as an exceptional career launchpad, blending mental health agency operations, ensuring proper client care, with executive lifestyle management. While we provide hands-on training on our compliance and documentation systems, we require a candidate with the intellectual agility to master complex operational workflows after one to two explanations.The ideal candidate projects sharp professional authority, possesses an impeccable executive presence, and excels in a high-velocity environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Regional Mobility & Coverage: Deploy and operate across multiple regional North Carolina locations depending on executive needs, including Henderson, NC, Wake Forest, NC, Knightdale, NC, and Raleigh, NC.
  • Regulatory & Document Administration: Rapidly absorb, audit, and manage complex mental health agency compliance, intake, and clinical documentation. Assist the director with client quality assurance meetings in their home or community setting, engaging in follow ups, and community check ins as needed ensuring proper member care and policy compliance.
  • Operational Governance: Act as the Director's proxy to confidently enforce company policies, gatekeep schedules, and independently resolve minor staff disciplinary or compliance matters. Fill in vacancies as needed.
  • Local Executive Mobility Support: Provide safe local transportation for the Director during regional commutes, utilizing travel time for strategic operational briefings.
  • Executive & Personal Support: Manage lifestyle logistics to maximize the Director's efficiency, including weekly grocery shopping, meal preparation (once per week), and light cleaning/organization of the executive workspace.
  • Corporate Representation: Maintain a pristine, highly polished professional wardrobe and demeanor daily, serving as a direct reflection of the executive brand. Candidates must possess a diverse, high-standard professional wardrobe; repetitive or overly casual workplace attire is strictly prohibited.
  • Project Ownership: Maintain an execution-focused mindset. This is a finish-the-job position, not a strict 5:00 PM punch-out role. You leave when the day’s operational objectives are fully met and secure, with zero rigid clock-watching.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Child Development, or a related Human Services discipline.
  • Core Traits: Absolute, uncompromised trustworthiness and confidentiality; matched with an assertive, relentless "go-getter" hustle.
  • Intellectual Agility: Exceptional learning speed with a proven track record of digesting technical, legal, or behavioral health information rapidly.

  • Professional Presentation & Versatility: Strict adherence to high-standard corporate attire while maintaining a hands-on, resourceful attitude toward personal assistance tasks.
  • Logistics: Valid North Carolina driver’s license, a clean driving record, and authorization for a comprehensive background check.
