Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Managing Director. The ideal candidate should have exceptional follow-up skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role offers exposure to high-level business operations and decision-making, providing an opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow-ups & Coordination: Ensure all assigned tasks are followed up on time and completed efficiently.

Administrative Support: Manage emails, calls, and schedule meetings for the MD.

Task Delegation & Tracking: Assign and monitor tasks given to employees on behalf of the MD.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, draft emails, and prepare reports using MS Excel & Word.

Personal Assistance: Handle travel bookings, event arrangements, and personal tasks of the MD.

Research & Analysis: Conduct online research and present relevant findings.

Calendar & Time Management: Efficiently manage MD’s schedule, appointments, and reminders.

Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute office events, meetings, and company gatherings.

Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action points.

Vendor & Client Coordination: Communicate with external vendors, suppliers, and clients when required.

Data Management & Organization: Maintain confidential records, databases, and company documents securely.

Problem-Solving & Crisis Management: Proactively handle unexpected situations or urgent matters.

Oversee HR Functions: Coordinate and interview new candidates, manage employee onboarding, define roles, and create SOPs to strengthen the team and improve workflows. Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with HR policies, and prepare salaries for all employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Experience: Any experience in a similar role would be great (Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator / Admin / HR).

 Education: Graduate.

 Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Search.

o Good written and verbal English communication skills.

o Basic accounting knowledge (preferred) for handling petty cash, invoices, and expenses.

o Social media or digital awareness is a plus.

 Soft Skills:

o Strong follow-up skills (most important).

o Reliability, honesty, and ability to get work done.

o Highly organized with attention to detail.

o Multitasking ability and proactive problem-solving skills.

o Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Additional Preferences:

 Married candidates preferred.

 Open to handling urgent or last-minute tasks when required.

 Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.

Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
