Job Description – Executive Assistant (Hyderabad Location)

We are hiring a Female Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director at our Hyderabad (Saifabad) office. The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent coordination, and mandatory follow-up and closure abilities. The candidate must maintain confidentiality and take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MD’s schedule, meetings, reminders, and daily administrative tasks
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion

Location:
504, 5th Floor, Taramandal Complex, Saifabad, Hyderabad – 500004

Working Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Preferred Profile:

  • 3–5 years EA / Office Coordinator experience
  • Strong MS Office and communication skills
  • Residing within 30 minutes commute or willing to relocate nearby

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:
