Full-time · In-person · Abu Dhabi Executive Assistant — Digital, Social Media & E-Commerce Operations
This is not a filing-and-scheduling role. You will work directly with leadership on business execution, digital growth, and operations across a healthcare and wellness group.
Ciconia Global healthcare operating across the UAE, UK, and the GCC. We build and operate clinical rehabilitation facilities and wellness programmes — work that has real impact on people's lives. This role sits at the centre of our operations and digital growth.
We are looking for someone who runs toward complexity, takes ownership without being asked, and has genuine hands-on experience in social media management and e-commerce — not just awareness of them.
What you will own
- Social media management content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance tracking across platforms (mandatory: show us what you have managed)
- E-commerce coordination — product setup, order flow, basic funnels, and customer journey support (mandatory: share a site or campaign you have handled)Leadership support — calendar, priorities, follow-ups, and daily execution flow across partners, clients, and internal teams
- Content creation support — visuals, captions, basic video editing, and brand-consistent communicationsAI tool usage — you actively use AI in your daily workflow to improve speed and output qualityEvents and retreats — logistics support and on-the-ground coordination for business and clinical initiativesDocument and process structuring — , communications, and reporting frameworks
You are the right person if
- You have managed at least one social media account professionally — brand page, business account, or campaignYou have worked on an e-commerce platform: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, or equivalentYou use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, or similar) as part of your normal working day — not occasionally
- You are comfortable making decisions, sending communications, and moving forward without waiting for approval on routine mattersYou are based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi in person, full-time
- You communicate in clear, professional English (Arabic is an advantage)
