Personal Assistant (Female)

Job Description:
We are looking for a professional and well-organized Personal Assistant (Female) to provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Managing Director. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, calls, and confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain and organize important files, documents, and data records.
- Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and other office documents.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating business meetings and travel itineraries.
- Accompany the Director to meetings within Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Be available to travel internationally when required.
- Provide general administrative and personal assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Highly organized, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
- Must be flexible to travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai, and internationally when required.
