Position: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Manufacturing / PEB / Construction

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred – Business Administration or equivalent)

Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in daily business operations, strategic coordination, and administrative management. The role involves handling confidential information, managing schedules, and ensuring effective communication between departments and external stakeholders within the PEB/manufacturing domain.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the MD’s daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.

● Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.

● Act as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners.

● Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation required for management reviews or client meetings.

● Track project updates and operational activities to ensure deadlines are met.
● Support the MD in business planning, coordination, and performance monitoring.
● Handle confidential business correspondence with discretion.

● Assist in organizing company reviews, events, and team meetings.

● Maintain and monitor key performance trackers, reports, and business summaries.

Skills & Competencies:

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and time management abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
● Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information.
● Prior experience supporting senior management or leadership roles.
● Exposure to PEB or construction/manufacturing environment preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
