Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable, business-minded professional to support the principal and leadership team in a high-impact, execution-focused role. This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. The role is designed for someone who can operate independently, think critically, and translate high-level direction into finished work product across a range of business functions.
The ideal candidate will act as a force multiplier for the principal by increasing decision velocity, improving organization across active projects, and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend meetings and calls to stay aligned on priorities and active initiatives
- Review incoming materials and identify required decisions
- Prepare concise summaries and recommendations for leadership
- Draft emails, edits, and approvals so items are presented in a near-final, decision-ready state
- Track and manage projects across multiple business lines, including real estate development, senior living operations, and new ventures
- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to maintain timelines and accountability
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects moving forward
- Draft and refine business communications, internal memoranda, deal summaries, and operational documents
- Assist with preparation and editing of marketing materials, including website content and external communications
- Convert rough notes or direction into clear, professional, and usable output
- Act as a filter for incoming information and requests to leadership
- Determine what requires executive attention versus what can be handled independently
- Support high-level administrative needs with a focus on improving efficiency and workflow
- Maintain organization across multiple workstreams and ensure consistent follow-through
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
