North Montco Technical Career Center is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to the Administrative Director.
This position reports directly to the Administrative Director.
Must have a minimum of five to ten years of related experience with exceptional computer, organizational, and communication skills. This position deals with the school administration, Joint Operating Committee, superintendents, faculty, students, and the public on a daily basis.
The position also serves as Recording Secretary for the Joint Operating Committee and will require occasional evenings. Expected to be on call for events, emergencies, closings, and school business.
The successful candidate will work with the administration to establish general office procedures and practices and act as a liaison between the Administrative Director and staff. The responsibilities include all administrative assistant work for the Director’s office, including
attending meetings, agendas/minutes, purchasing, calendars and work schedules, school event planning, etc. This is a confidential position that also includes Personnel/Human Relations responsibilities.
12-month position with full benefits.
