Executive Assistant to the CEO

I am seeking a highly organized, energetic, and polished Executive Assistant to serve as my primary professional support in a fast-scaling tech startup. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the "Executive Presence" to represent the CEO’s office globally.

You will be more than a coordinator; you will be an intuitive "right-hand," responsible for seamlessly integrating the CEO’s complex schedule and global commitments to ensure peak operational focus at all times.

Core Responsibilities

  • Global Mobility: Manage complex international itineraries, visas, and luxury travel. Accompany the CEO on global trips to ensure seamless operations abroad.
  • Startup Agility: Act as a high-speed liaison between the CEO and the tech team, ensuring all "action items" are moving forward.
  • Strategic Gatekeeping: Manage all incoming communications and visitors with high-level diplomacy, charm, and intelligence.
  • Executive Atmosphere: Maintain a high-vibe, organized, and professional office environment that reflects the startup’s modern culture.
  • Executive Presence: Impeccable grooming, a sophisticated aesthetic, and a vibrant, high-energy personality.
  • Late-Shift Compatibility: Comfortable with a 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM schedule.
  • Intuitive Presence: High EQ—someone who can "read the room," anticipate needs, and provide a supportive, loyal presence.

Global Conference & Networking Liaison:

  • On-Site Representation: Accompany the CEO to international tech conferences (e.g., LEAP, GITEX, ETC). You will be responsible for managing the CEO’s booth/suite, greeting VIP guests, and facilitating introductions.
  • Social Diplomacy: Attend high-level dinners and networking events. You must possess the social grace and charm to engage with founders, investors, and partners, acting as a polished extension of the CEO’s brand.
  • Travel Intelligence: Handle all real-time logistics during travel (on-the-fly meeting changes, transport, and hosting) so the CEO can focus entirely on networking and closing deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
