Executive Assistant to the CEO

Citadel Construction is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to support our CEO and the broader Office of the CEO. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this role is crucial in helping the CEO stay focused on the right priorities by managing time, communications, and logistics with care, discretion, and good judgment.

In addition to supporting the CEO, this role will help with scheduling for members of the senior leadership team, draft and manage executive communications, coordinate events and meetings, and support day-to-day office and operational needs. You'll be a key partner to the Chief of Staff to the CEO and a steady presence in a fast-moving, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements

Coordinate hiring processes for leadership roles and prepare briefing materials for meetings

Support special projects and personal administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English, both spoken and written

1+ years of experience in a similar administrative role

Proficiency in G-suite tools, including Google Calendar and Gmail

Strong analytical skills and ability to assess options critically

Pay: $79,408.82 - $102,204.39 per year
