Executive Assistant to the CEO – Dubai (15,000 AED/month)

Full-time, DIFC-based, immediate start (Dec 2025 / Jan 2026)


**Who we are looking for**

A world-class, calm-under-pressure EA who has previously supported a founder/CEO running two high-growth businesses simultaneously (recruitment + property).

You must have direct, recent experience of UK buy-to-let property auctions, refurbishments, and refinancing (60–75% LTV).

This is not a traditional corporate PA role – it is a true right-hand, gatekeeper, and executor role.

**Core Responsibilities**

1. CEO Calendar & Inbox

- Achieve and maintain inbox zero daily

- Own 100% of the CEO’s calendar – move, decline, and reschedule without asking

- Daily 5-item priority digest (WhatsApp + email)


2. UK Property Execution

- Source, analyse, and shortlist 3–5 auction properties every week (North West focus)

- Manage full auction process remotely (proxy bidding, legal packs, 10% deposits)

- Coordinate solicitors, conveyancing, SDLT calculations, refurb contractors, and 60% LTV refinancing

- Keep live tracker of equity created and cash recycled


3. Travel & Logistics

- Seamless multi-city travel (Dubai ↔ London ↔ Singapore ↔ Hong Kong)

- Visas, drivers, hotels, meeting packs, expense reconciliation


4. Recruitment Support

- Schedule all COO / Country Director interviews

- Manage contracts, references, offer letters, onboarding packs


5. General Off-Loading

- CRM updates, expense claims, board pack prep, family office liaison, ad-hoc research


**Essential Experience**

- 5+ years as EA/PA to a founder or C-suite in recruitment or property

- Direct, hands-on experience of UK property auctions and refurb-to-refinance deals

- Advanced Excel + calendar tools (you live in Outlook/Google Calendar)

- Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage

- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Dubai immediately


**Personality Fit**

- Zero need for hand-holding

- Anticipates problems 48 hours before they happen

- Discreet, unflappable, and protective of the CEO’s time and energy

- Thrives in a high-growth, founder-led environment
