We are seeking a professional and motivated Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in daily operations, scheduling, and executive-level tasks.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer, serving as a trusted partner in managing administrative, scheduling, and organizational needs. The right candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a positive, team-minded attitude.
This position is key to ensuring the CEO can focus on high-level priorities by handling day-to-day executive support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Arrange flights, accommodations, and itineraries for business travel.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with excellent grammar and punctuation.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support special projects and company initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and expense reporting.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication; well-spoken with strong grammar and punctuation.
- High typing proficiency and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.

Pay: $21.42 - $25.61 per hour
