As the Executive Assistant, Senior Vice President Mobile Emissions Catalysts, you will LEAD by………

The Executive Assistant provides a range of complex and diversified administrative support for the SVP, Mobile Emissions Catalysts, and teams.

This individual will perform administrative tasks including managing the calendars/schedules, making domestic/ global travel arrangements, organizing meetings and workshops, expense/invoice approvals, filing expense reports, meeting preparation, and handling highly confidential and sensitive correspondence with utmost care and integrity. In this role, the Executive Assistant will need to partner with local and global support staff in the planning of meetings and/or events and support travel.

In this role you will…..

• Coordinate travel arrangements for SVP as well some VP’s (including where required, management of expense reporting information and documentation).

• Be responsible for meeting coordination and preparation including entertainment planning and arrangements.
• Provide calendar management and prioritization, including ownership of schedules, accommodate conflicting meeting requests, sending invitations on the behalf of the SVP Mobile Emissions Catalysts and teams.
• Support SVP & VP’s monthly and annual staff meetings via taking of meeting minutes, publishing of minutes and follow up with designated employees for action tracking and updates.
• Aid with coordination of any additional key meetings.
• Screen incoming phone calls and correspondence and respond independently when possible.
• Manage coordination and preparation of various presentations as required.
• Assist with additional projects and other duties as required.

• Coordinate and manage visitor and customer check-in at our Iselin site on a rotating basis
• The person must be in the office a minimum of 4 days a week (excluding times when the SVP is traveling or on vacation)

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ Years of C-suite administrative support experience required
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products (core and cloud-based applications and services) equired
• Experience with SAP Concur and/or S4 Hana and FCM Travel preferred
• Exceptional organizational, planning and communication skills are essential. Strong collaboration abilities and proven track record of effectively engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization required.

• Experience demonstrating initiative and being proactive in learning new processes and seeking out information strongly preferred.

The competitive Pay Range for this role is $95k-$115k annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
