Hours: Monday–Friday; 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Pay/Salary: $41,000-50,000

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the President, Vice President of College Relations, and Associate Vice Presidents. What You'll Do:

Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide direct executive-level support to the President, Vice President of College Relations, and Associate Vice Presidents, demonstrating high-level educational literacy and an understanding of academic operations and governance.
  • Prepare complex documents, reports, meeting minutes, and agendas with exceptional accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Provide comprehensive calendar management for the Vice President of College Relations and coordinate internal meetings, exercising strong logistical awareness and operational flexibility.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare professional correspondence on behalf of leadership.
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense and mileage reimbursements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vice President of College Relations, managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders with diplomacy and professionalism, and handling sensitive, confidential, and time-critical matters with discretion.
  • Partner closely with the Vice President to manage upcoming commitments, priorities, and responsibilities, demonstrating anticipatory problem-solving and the ability to pivot seamlessly between high-level strategic matters and day-to-day operational needs.
  • Travel occasionally for MTECH-related business or training, typically within the college service area.
  • Support special projects and committees and perform additional duties as assigned, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and institutional needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education and Experience: An associate's degree, two years of specialized training, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, with at least three years of progressively responsible related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong skills in time management, multitasking, and organization to efficiently handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Sharp problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in daily tasks.
