Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper (Commercial Property Management, Boulder, Colorado)

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a small commercial real estate portfolio in Boulder, CO.

This is a hands-on role working directly with ownership in a well-established, relationship-driven business. We are looking for someone who values stability, takes pride in being reliable, and is interested in becoming a long-term part of a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and rent tracking
  • Assist with commercial leases and tenant documentation
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling
  • Communicate professionally with tenants and respond to day-to-day needs
  • Support general office operations including email, phones, filing, and data entry
  • Help maintain an organized office environment
  • Be available for occasional after-hours tenant needs

Qualifications

  • Organized, dependable, and proactive
  • Friendly, professional communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & QuickBooks preferred
  • Experience in property management, bookkeeping, or administrative support preferred

Compensation & Schedule

  • Full-time position (8am-4pm)
  • Half-day Fridays
  • $30–$35/hour commensurate with experience
  • Up to 3 weeks of Paid Time Off
  • 5 paid holidays per year

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
