**Position Summary**:

The Executive Assistant / Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in both administrative and marketing functions, working closely with company leadership to drive brand visibility, manage client relations, and streamline internal operations. This role requires a proactive, organized, and creative individual who can effectively manage social media, content creation, realtor relationships, and daily operations for a thriving home building company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Social Media and Marketing**:

- Oversee and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Zillow, showcasing property listings, promotions, and company updates.

- Design and distribute marketing collateral (flyers, ads, brochures) using tools like Canva to enhance brand recognition.

2. **Client and Realtor Relations**:

- Build strong relationships with realtors and clients by managing communications, coordinating promotional events, and delivering high-quality customer interactions.

3. **Email and Content Management**:

- Maintain the company’s email correspondence, responding to client inquiries and forwarding important messages to relevant team members.

- Use Constant Contact and similar platforms to send promotional materials, newsletters, and updates.

4. **Website and Online Presence**:

- Regularly update and maintain the company website, ensuring all information, visuals, and links are current and functioning.

5. **Listing and Property Management**:

- Manage real estate listings on MLS and ensure all property details are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with industry standards.

6. **Office and Logistics Support**:

- Coordinate office and project-related errands, manage orders for promotional materials, and oversee inventory for marketing supplies.

7. **Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage job postings and applicant tracking on job boards like Indeed, assist with scheduling interviews, and facilitate the onboarding process.

8. **Executive Support**:

- Provide direct support to the executive team by managing schedules, prioritizing tasks, and assisting with day-to-day operations to improve efficiency and productivity.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Proficiency in social media management and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)

- Experience in real estate or home building industry preferred

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
