About the Role
An 80-year-old reputed food processing brand is looking for a proactive, responsible, and well-organized Executive Assistant who can take charge, coordinate across departments, and support management in smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Acting as a communication bridge between departments
- Tracking tasks, reports, and follow-ups
- Handling daily office operations
- Drafting emails, letters, and official documentation
Calling & Communication
- Professional communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Managing routine calls, follow-ups, and escalation handling
Audits & Compliance
- Assisting in internal audits
- Ensuring documentation and processes meet required standards
- Coordinating with supervisors during audit activities
Decision-Making & Accountability
- Taking ownership of tasks and supporting managerial decision-making
- Ensuring smooth workflow without constant supervision
- Maintaining confidentiality and professional discretion
Required Qualifications
- Graduate (mandatory)
- 2–3 years of experience in Admin, HR, or Executive Assistant roles
- Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in computer operations and digital tools
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask with quick responsiveness
