Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and send reminders.
  • Communication: Screen and direct calls, emails, and visitors; draft correspondence; serve as a primary point of contact.
  • Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread reports, presentations, memos, and documents.
  • Information Management: Maintain filing systems, databases, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and follow-up on action items.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal and off-site events and meetings.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an EA or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable nature.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
