Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and send reminders.
- Communication: Screen and direct calls, emails, and visitors; draft correspondence; serve as a primary point of contact.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread reports, presentations, memos, and documents.
- Information Management: Maintain filing systems, databases, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and follow-up on action items.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal and off-site events and meetings.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an EA or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong problem-solving, proactive, and adaptable nature.
