Executive Assistant/Office Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time for an Assistant to the Office Manager. The individual will support daily office operations, including administrative tasks, managing phone communications, scheduling, filing, and assisting with executive-level tasks. Responsibilities also include customer interaction, and ensuring smooth office workflows. The Assistant will work closely with the Office Manager and other team members to support the company’s day-to-day efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance Skills, including filing, scheduling, and data organization
  • Effective Phone Etiquette and customer service skills to handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with clients, team members, and vendors
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting leadership roles with planning and coordination
  • Proficiency in office technology and software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management
  • Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
