🏢 This dual EA/Office Manager role puts you at the center of operations — managing the CEO's calendar and travel while building out their SF office from bare bones into a welcoming space. You'll handle everything from furnishing to team events as they scale from 5 to 20+ people in SF.




The Role:

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support our co-founder & CEO and run our San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role at a high-growth startup, with a knack for making things run smoothly and creating a great office environment. This is a critical role to ensure our leadership is unblocked and our office is a place people love to be.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, email, travel, and other administrative tasks to keep them organized and on top of things.
  • Set up, furnish, and maintain the San Francisco office, ensuring it is well-stocked and a welcoming place to work.
  • Handle all new hire setup, including desks, equipment, and onboarding logistics.
  • Plan and execute company events, team dinners, and off-sites to foster a positive and high-energy culture.
  • Proactively identify and address operational gaps, coordinating with vendors and handling deliveries to ensure seamless office operations.



Qualifications:

  • 3 - 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager in a startup environment
  • Must have experience as a Executive Assistant , not a pure People Ops/Talent role. Plus if they also have Project Manager / Office Manager experience
  • Previous experience working at a startup or with engineers
  • Experience working directly with a C- level founder/executive.
  • Proven experience managing an office environment from setup to daily operations.
  • Experience with calendar management and travel booking for executives.
  • Experience with vendor management and office supply logistics.
  • Proactive, high- energy, and able to handle ambiguity.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Good taste and an eye for office aesthetics.
  • Must be able to work in the San Francisco office 5 days/week .
