Executive Assistant/Plumbing Manager in Training

We are seeking highly motivated professionals who are ready to take new venture with a start-up local plumbing company and bring us to the next level of the competition. Your day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to, scheduling service calls, reaching out to potential clients, and job coordination with field techs, entering data, and company-related information into the system. Managing and improving job leads, customer services. Managing social media platforms and content. Marketing and website improvement, parts stock, human resources, etc.

You will be paid 5% of the entire company's yearly revenueon top of your base hourly pay. While there is a lot more potential to grow with us together as long-term employees. Prior experiences preferred but not required.

Requirement:

Be able to use various office computer software and willing to be tech-savvy with different computer programs and online marketing strategies.

Highly customer-oriented and performs world-class customer service in the office

Must have an entrepreneur mindset and know what profits the company.

Proficiency in English reading and writing, basic math required for daily computing

Willing to work under direct supervision and work independently.

Be able to work in an office setting.

Be able to perform multitasking.

Must be communicative and keep the whole team and company running smoothly.

Pull online permits, schedule job inspections, and take notes from the inspectors.

Run a daily report of revenues and keep up the job notes.

This position requires no plumbing knowledge; our team will provide necessary guidance as needed.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
