Executive Assistant/Project manager

As a Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our executive's day-to-day activities and Projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing and organizing the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinating events and meetings, both internal and external.
  • Assisting with special projects and conducting research as needed.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Providing general office support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's agenda.
  • Managing personal tasks for the executive as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
